It is possible to create a SAS® Enterprise MinerTM model that has character columns which are defined with a decimal zero width. Although the SAS® language allows this, SAS® Data Integration Studio 4.21 will flag it as an error (as shown in the following display) and will not allow you to continue to define your Mining Results transformation properties.
